Product Support Representative - Manchester, NH
As a Product Support Representative, you will provide technical support for Schleuniger machines to customers, Sales Representatives, and internal personnel with the primary objective of ensuring customer satisfaction and increasing sales.
This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, working in the office at our Manchester, NH location.
Main responsibilities :
  • Process customer wire samples and provide technical reports and machine recommendations.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales telephone support to customers, representatives and personnel, including machine selection and application review, set-up, programming, and troubleshooting machines.
  • Provide product training, both internal and off-site, to customers, representatives, and internal personnel.
  • Provide services at customer sites for higher-level systems, including sales support, equipment maintenance, 3rd party vendor support, installation, and training.
  • Handles and monitors support cases in Salesforce.

What you bring to the table:
  • 2-year technical degree and 3 years of related experience required (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Strong Technical aptitude required (mechanical and electrical).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Travel required - approximately 35%, ability to travel internationally if needed.
  • Must be Team-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
  • Computer literacy required. MS Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Valid Driver's License and Passport required
