Behavior Technician - BCPS - Davidson County, NC

Here at BCPS - Behavior Consultation & Psychological Services - This Behavior Technician position will be at an elementary school located in Davidson County, NC, but will be associated with our BCPS clinic in Greensboro, NC. We are looking to fill either full-time or part-time positions, and will held within the elementary school hours, roughly 7:30am-3:30pm, depending on the client's needs. We are looking for an individual who loves working with children! After training, you will provide one on one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy in accordance with the therapy program written and developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Sessions typically look like a blend of tutoring and a play session. ABA technicians guide clients through their goals and take data on progress. Our employees are typically energetic, engaging and find it rewarding to help their clients master their goals. All clients have individual therapy plans which our staff are trained to implement. There is ongoing training, supervision and mentoring. We will provide more information during our interview!
