The CRM engineer position focuses on all aspects of Siemens Healthineers Customer Services CRM offerings. It is intended to build confidence and make our customers' jobs simpler and easier to do while providing them with value propositions in their own institutions. The CRM Engineer will proactively be the "voice of the customer" in driving our business forward. The CRM Engineer will coordinate activities to work closely with the service CRM function to support the regions and countries for POC. Including support in rolling out service revenue tools. Will support programs to increase customer satisfaction and lead the dissemination of the most complex product knowledge. Will design recommendations of the most complex product needs of the customer to product design group. Leads coordination for new product introductions as they relate to product support. <br> <br> <strong> Your role: </strong> <br> <br> <ul> <li> Supports the expansion of existing portfolio of POC Service Offerings and if needed creates new service plans that help drive incremental revenue. </li> <li> Work with country CS CRM team members to help create local service marketing programs that help achieve defined revenue goals </li> <li> Communicates Service Marketing Strategies Globally using established To-The-Point distribution infrastructure </li> <li> Monitor and support the drive of NPS satisfaction for POC </li> <li> Become the focal point and collect "voice of the customer information" from several sources (e.g. direct communications with customers, customer surveys, industry reports, Sales & Marketing colleagues, etc.) </li> <li> Supports revenue generation opportunities for POC </li> <li> Establish warranty costs and pricing for service contracts </li> <li> Create service sales enablement collateral for new product offerings </li> <li> Maximize Contract Capture Rate (CCR%) for all product lines </li> <li> Displays original thinking in applying principles, theories, and concepts on a wide range of problems. </li></ul> <br> <strong> <br> </strong> <br> <br> <strong> Your expertise: </strong> <br> <ul> <li> BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification may be required in some areas. </li> <li> Demonstrates knowledge in field of specialization or multiple disciplines to the successful completion of complex assignments </li> <li> Successfully services as point of source of technical/scientific knowledge for area of expertise. </li> <li> Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of organizations business practices and issues faced and contributes to problem resolution of those issues </li></ul> Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. The pay range for this position is $64,000- $88,000 and the annual incentive target is 5% of the base salary.
