What you'll bring
Who You Are:
- Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Passionate about helping clients with tax complexities, committed to enhancing our brand, and possess excellent customer service skills.
What You Need:
- Active PTIN and ability to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
- Dedicated hardwired internet connection and availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
How you will lead
What You Will Do:
- Assist customers with tax preparation using Intuit TurboTax products, provide tax advice, manage inquiries, and ensure accurate records of interactions.
- Interact with customers through video communication software.
