Summary:

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Performance Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have nearly flawless English, exceptional presentation skills, and a proven track record in performance e-commerce.

As an E-commerce Performance Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our US-based clients, responsible for understanding their needs, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with our team to ensure clients receive the highest level of service and achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with 20-30 clients every other week to discuss performance, insights, and growth opportunities. Utilize reporting tools and collaborate with the team to uncover insights that will help clients grow their e-commerce businesses. Work closely with the team to surface client needs and create strategic plans to address those needs. Present plans and insights to clients during video calls, ensuring clear communication and understanding. Identify and upsell additional services based on client needs to enhance their performance and achieve their goals. Qualifications:

Nearly flawless English, both written and verbal. Proven experience in e-commerce. A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, preferably in e-commerce. Ideally, experience in Shopify. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively. Confident and engaging presentation skills, paired with strong listening abilities.
