QCR Holdings is looking for a Deposit Operations Specialist to join our team! The primary focus for this role is to be the primary point of contact for Deposit Operations functions for all QCRH subsidiary banks related to daily overdraft decision making, returns processing, balancing functions, etc. The responsibilities of the role are customer service focused and this individual should ensure that maximum efficiency and exceptional customer service is achieved. They will ensure the accurate and timely fulfilment of the various administrative responsibilities of the department, while developing and maintaining positive and cooperative working relationships with their peers, members of other departments, and leadership. The preferred candidate for this position will be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the company and be able to ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of two years of banking experience in Operations, or related background, experience, and the ability to create value are also strong considerations. Must possess a thorough knowledge of bank balancing procedures. Ability to use and learn different business tools and technological solutions. Must possess functional computer skills, ability to perform data entry with a high level of accuracy, and ability to use Microsoft 365 products, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
