Responsibilities
•Mend and refurbish the home or business
•Tidy up salvageable items and property and safely store them away
•Assess property damaged by fire, water, mold, and weather disasters
•Demo and rebuild damaged structural elements, including drywall and plumbing
•Sanitize and deodorize structure
Qualifications
• MUST live within 50 miles of our office in Auburn Hills
•Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
•Great communication, listening, and teamwork skills
•Able to participate in our rotational on-call after-hours schedule
•Empathy and compassion
•Willing to learn new things every day
•Able to work in a fast-paced environment
•Experience and certifications are a plus!
•Expertise with hand and power tools
•Applicant should be comfortable working in the field, in all types of weather and environments
•Good communication, teamwork, and listening skills
•A high school diploma or GED is required
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and in good physical fitness and stamina for cleanup
