Customer Invoicing Specialist, Refinish

As a Customer Invoicing Specialist, Refinish, you will be part of our Global Business Finance Support (GBFS) team located in Cranberry, PA. You will provide a variety of financial related support to the administration of customer invoicing activities for internal and external customers! You will report to the Customer Invoicing Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Refinish strategic business unit to provide key support, guidance, and resolution of any issues.
• Be responsible for monthly Shipped-not-Billed Reporting and subsequent Journal Entries, and research any items, as necessary.
• Complete monthly Service Now to ERP reconciliation and follow up on open items.
• Encourage and support financial policies and procedures to build a strong business control environment to align with Corporate and business policy.
• Support Refinish Sales team with sales transfers.
• Reconcile RDW (Refinish Data Warehouse) Reporting.
• Complete monthly closing responsibilities such as Cash Discounts, Autogen, SNB, EComm, BA Amortization, BA Terminations, etc.
• Monthly completion of account reconciliations.
• Be able to recognize implications of improvements throughout the invoicing process.
• Support various other projects assigned to this role.
• Take on new assignments, from other SBUs, as necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or equivalent field with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Oracle ERP experience preferred
