Scope: Oversee the operation of the HVAC service department with the intent to deliver 100% customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

  • Customer acquisition and retention/ deal with customer complaints
  • Marketing for Orlando area. Grow department
  • Employee acquisition and retention
  • Help technicians with technical problems and job pricing
  • Oversee dispatch operation
  • Build on call schedule
  • Drug test and background check service employees
  • Check and supervise service jobs to make sure they are done properly and priced correctly
  • Employee training and instruction to make service techs more efficient
  • Keep track of service employee files in Bamboo HR software
  • Explain policies and procedures to new employees. Initial new hire training
  • Process invoices for billable service calls weekly and new construction warranty service calls
  • Discharge of service employees
  • Make sure that prices are checked for purchasing material
  • Schedule and instructing tech meetings
  • Evaluate tech performance and submit raises
  • Approve and submit employee tool loans
  • Oversee work of service warehouse personnel
  • Follow up on customer estimates
  • Commercial estimates and remodel
  • Maintain a clean and organized work space
  • Help team when needed
