A day in the life of a Caregiver Recruiting Manager In this role, you will support Tribute's mission of building a high-performance, low-turnover community of the best caregivers in home care by recruiting remarkable candidates in Maryland. This will be done by: Embodying Tribute's mission, understanding the experience of our caregivers and embracing Tribute's difference Working alongside the Director of Caregiver Talent Acquisition to develop and execute recruiting strategies, including online job postings, referral programs, and partnerships with local organizations Reviewing applications and conducting thorough interviews to assess caregiver qualifications, skills, and alignment with Tribute's mission and values Participating in hiring decisions at each stage of the interview process Working alongside the Caregiver Excellence department to boost caregiver engagement, job satisfaction and retention rates for current caregivers Keeping recruiting reports up to date to track progress and trends Complying with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations The role will involve travel to our Baltimore Office to attend team meetings and to meet caregivers in-person at Caregiver Orientation, hosted at our Baltimore office every Wednesday. Additionally, it will involve travel to hiring events, job fairs, and networking events in the community. When this person is not attending in-person meetings or attending recruiting events in the community, they have the flexibility to work from home.
