Summary Job Summary: Reports to Central Staffing Office Manager and assists the Ambulatory Nursing Director with review of PRN utilization processes for Moffitt Clinics. The coordinator is responsible for providing safe and effective staffing levels to all clinics based on clinic productivity and staffing policies. He/She must effectively collaborate and communicate with department leaders, PRN personnel, and Hospital management regarding policies and procedures, standards, regulations and other issues of importance. The coordinator maintains personnel records for PRN float pool, and provides administrative support by performing any related work they may be so directed to do and see assignments through to completion with little or no supervision. Education: Minimum Required: High School Diploma/GED Minimum Required: 2 years acute care hospital or physician office experience required, 5 years preferred Share:
