Continuous Improvement Manager

<ul><li>Work on complex problems and projects that are aligned to the organization's strategic goals and priorities.</li><li>Work with frontline staff, identifying improvement opportunities and coaching associates on how to identify waste more efficiently.</li><li>Work with Production and Administrative functions to identify and eliminate reoccurring problems and standardize processes to reduce waste via implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Facilitate cross-functional working groups (Kaizen or other). Supports and participates in implementation of actions to meet and sustain improvement goals.</li><li>Manage and support corporate continuous improvement tool kit.</li><li>Complete project cost justifications.</li><li>Lead and project manage strategic &amp; tactical projects.</li><li>Collaborate with Stakeholders throughout the company to meet improvement objectives.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>Education/Certification<p>Level Required<p>Bachelor's Degree: Engineering fields<p>Level Desired<p>Lean Training and/or certification<p>Project Management certification<p>*Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of education requirement.<p>Work Experience<p>Required<p>Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience<p>Desired<p>3-5 years of relevant experience<p>Travel Requirements<br /><ul><li>Ability to travel up to 70% both domestically and internationally to support the business, including overnight stays and extended work hours during work meetings, travel may include weekends.</li><li>Ability to obtain a passport.</li><li>Valid driver's license required/Motor Vehicle Report Required</li></ul><p>#LI-H1<p>#ORBIS <img src="https://ars2.equest.com/? response_id=8e86f90196d5610b1863729cdd539d38&view" alt=" " width="1" height="1"/>
