Join our team as a Compounder and play a crucial role in producing high-quality flavors, colors, and extracts
Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Production Manager to ensure efficient production.
• Pull and prepare raw materials for batching.
• Manufacture flavors, colors, and extracts according to recipes.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and production areas before and after use.
• Accurately label and fill products.
• Organize materials and maintain allergen segregation.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure accurate labeling.
• Manage inventory and notify procurement when supplies are low.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety protocols.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing or food production is preferred.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Familiarity with GMPs and allergen control policies.

As a Compounder, you will collaborate with experienced food flavoring compounders to produce top-quality extracts, food flavorings, ice cream bases, coffee, and caramels. Your responsibilities will include following strict cleaning protocols and SOPs, accurately measuring and retrieving raw materials, adhering to critical control points, and labeling packaging materials correctly.
