We are currently seeking seasoned self-starters for a Commercial Lender position in our Decorah, Iowa market. Responsibilities include consulting with the member, underwriting and coordinating the closing of commercial real estate and business loans.
In addition, the Commercial Lender will be responsible for continued relationship maintenance within the loan portfolio. This includes onsite visits, monitoring trends within the market and individual relationships, loan review, collateral inspection, and collections.
Position requires 3+ years of business lending and or ag lending experience. A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required. Must have experience in analyzing financial statements and assessing the viability of business; previous underwriting skills as well as bilingual in Spanish desired. Must have excellent communication and PR skills.
