About the Role The Company is seeking a VP of Total Rewards and People Operations to play a pivotal role in the growth and development of the organization. This senior leadership position is focused on creating and maintaining a high-performing culture, as well as attracting and retaining top talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team that oversees all aspects of total rewards, HR systems, analytics, and operations. This includes developing and executing a holistic total rewards strategy, strategic compensation planning, and the design and administration of employee benefits programs. The role also involves ensuring that all people operations align with the company's mission and values, and that systems and processes are in place to support the organization's growth and innovation.Applicants for the VP of Total Rewards and People Operations role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in compensation, benefits, systems, people analytics, and HR technology is required, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar high-growth, fast-paced environment, and experience in system implementations that integrate across business functions. Deep knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and trends, as well as strong analytical and communication skills, are essential. A background in the e-commerce or technology industry and relevant certifications such as CCP or CBP are also preferred.
