Key Responsibilities: Incident Management and Service Request Fulfillment: Resolve incidents and fulfill service requests for end-user PC environments in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs). Smart Hands/Adhoc Support: Provide on-demand support for networking equipment (routers/switches) and other physical IT infrastructure based on directives from technical teams. Process Compliance: Ensure all service requests and incidents are documented in the Service Desk System. Submit problem resolution notes to the Help Desk for inclusion in the client's Knowledge Base. User Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of end-user satisfaction and bolster confidence in the client's Help Desk services. Continuous Improvement: Propose preventive maintenance suggestions to the Help Desk to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
