HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law. Minimum 3-4 years restaurant operations experience required (preferred in high volume QSR &/or fast casual concepts) Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays Valid DL in good standing & access to private transportation required Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Working knowledge of cost of goods sales Excellent problem solving and decision making skills, results oriented and customer focused
