Job Description The Senior Analyst, Project Management will be a member of the Messaging, Communication and Education team within Strategic Partnerships.

Responsibilities will include ongoing management and execution of multiple projects contributing to delivering an end-to-end Producer Experience.

This includes consistent communication and continuous engagement with our internal field and our external firm partners designed to strengthen firm relationships at an executive and local market level to drive growth.

This role will ensure successful execution of identified communication mediums designed to educate on Aetna products, services, and differentiators.

They will: - Work collaboratively with subject matter experts (SME), SME teams and other Strategic Partnerships team members. - Ensure the end state of the project meets business objectives and that all deliverables and due dates are met. - Identify issues that may stall project and works with manager to address them. - Track progress and communicates project status on a regular basis to all impacted parties. - Builds communication plan for implementation to ensure all impacted parties are informed of next steps for completion. - Monitor effectiveness of assigned mediums, including engagement statistics, and make recommendations for enhancements.

The Senior Analyst will manage and maintain digital assets as a means of communicating and educating to demonstrate Aetnas value to our distribution partners.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities to maximize use of assets, including improving content, layout and distribution methods, and leading efforts to implement updates

They will also manage maintenance of the Strategic Partnerships Resource Center and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Review utilization and associated trends and implement strategies to promote use of site. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: 43,700 Maximum: 97,400 Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
