Description The Inside Sales Supervisor is a high energy self-starter who is driven to succeed and can energize others to achieve team success. This position is responsible for building and leading an Inside Sales team and managing and generating sales and profits to achieve Wind River’s sales growth and customer satisfaction objectives. Duties include: Generate profitable sales of designated lines of business. Lead and execute the sales process from prospecting through proposal, order and post order activities to drive revenue outcomes. Manage key customer relationships and lead the development and closing of all strategic customer opportunities. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting. Develop sales plans and strategies for long-term business growth while achieving the company’s annual sales growth goals. Understand customer needs and expectations. Building and maintaining the KPI dashboard to ensure the team is properly managed to deliver the results Using data to work with the operations management team to identify areas to improve execution for technician recommendations Using data to drive sales activity, where branches have the most capacity or strategically need to generate more revenue by line of business Minimum qualifications and experience include: A minimum of 5+ years professional experience, with 3+ years in inside sales or a sales management role Prior knowledge of inside grease trap cleaning and grease removal is required Clear verbal communication skills and excellent telephone presence Ability to speak, cooperate and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and management Ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet deadlines and established goals Strong relationship building skills Excellent Customer Service attitude and passion for customer service Enjoys working in a collaborative team manner with different functional groups Attention to detail and ability to analyze data for decision making What we offer: Competitive salary and earnings potential!
