Ancora Memory Support is 0part of Mount Alverna Village, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), offering a variety of senior lifestyle options including independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing/long-term care. Additionally, the onsite rehabilitation clinic offers inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapies, and state-of-the-art programs designed to enhance the quality of life for residents and patients in the local community.We are currently looking for Resident Care Assistant's (RCA's) to join our growing team!Duties and Responsibilities: Follows the resident’s service plan in providing services and care to residents.Assists residents with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygieneand mobility.Assists in preparing residents for meals, serving meals, bussing tables duringmealtimes and cleaning the dining room. Assists in meal or snack preparation as deemed resident with personal laundry.Encourages and/or reminds residents to participate in activities of interest to them.
