FT night position 7p-7a.
The ideal candidate:
- Possess strong problem solving skills and have the ability to deal with others in an antagonistic situation
- Delegate authority and/or task responsibility to appropriate people and make critical decisions while following company procedures
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred
- Minimum of two years' hospital nursing experience required with supervisory experience preferred
- Current Kansas Registered Nurse licensure
Essential Functions:

Utilizes clinical and leadership skills to assess situations and patient condition house wide

Rounds on call clinical areas with emphasis providing assistance, oversight and serving as an administrative source
