Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• OH license 
• 2 years experience
• Must have SD/PCU experience to be considered
• Must have EPIC experience
• Some level 1 or 2 experience
• Vent Experience
• Must be able to read and interpret strips and have or be willing to obtain NIH
• BLS
• ACLS
• Travel experience preferred

Other Details:

• Must Float to all Stepdown/Advanced Care units
• Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment
• COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not Required
• Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
• Local is within 50 miles of home address to contracted facility

We see a combination of neuro ortho and surgical (mainly abdominal surgeries) patients as our highest populations. Drips that we see frequently are heparin Cardizem insulin and ketamine. We do have the capability to do DKA and amiodarone as well as a few others less common. PCAs and epidurals are commonly seen on our unit as well. Our staff are trained to perform moderate sedation for procedures like chest tube insertion and wound debridement as well.• Navy Blue Scrubs
