cru must start week of 5/20 Travel $100.00 Local Rates: $95 for 51-100 miles, $90 for 50 miles or less
RN for Woodridge Rehab & nursing: E/O Monday SD; 12H Nights 1, 36H week only, 16 weeks with a minimum of every other weekend; holiday time off cannot be guaranteed; BLS req; Prior travel is preferred; LTC exp. req; Flu/Covid vaccination or declination must be included for submission; must aply for VT temp. lic. at time of confirmation. This facility requires ALL work history information (Bed count, EMR, Fac type, etc.) to be complete to submit. Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained.
