Schedule: M-F Days The role you’ll contribute: HR Specialist Physician Recruitment The Lead is assigned duties and responsibilities related to patient care in a team-based Specialty Care and integrative health environment. This individual also functions a role model with supervision over daily workflow. The Lead must demonstrate competency in all skills related to the performance of patient care and demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills. The Lead collaborates with Supervisor and/or Practice Manager to oversee efficient patient flow and upholds an environment of patient safety and satisfaction. Provides direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting. Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of physician. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office/clinic policies, procedures and standards. Communicates with physicians and others about patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptoms. Principal Job Duties and Responsibilities: · Provides oversight of daily workflow planning, troubleshooting, staffing needs, delegation of duties, problem-solving and staff learning needs. · Assists in development and implementation of related clinical policies and procedures. · Works collaboratively with Practice Manager and/or Supervisor on operational and clinical communications and special projects. · Assists Practice Manager and/or Supervisor with workflow decisions, performance feedback, new hire orientation and special projects. · Serves as mentor and preceptor for any new office staff. · Serves as liaison for lab, supply vendors and medical equipment. · Operates clinical equipment according to equipment procedures including safety and quality control checks. · Checks care areas for malfunctioning equipment and general maintenance problems on a regular basis. Qualifications The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: · Certifications: AHA CPR/BLS within one month of hire · Licenses – State Board of Nursing (LPN). · One year related experience EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: · A minimum of three years of physician-related health care.
