Clinical Informatics Instructor

Bluebird Staffing is hiring a <strong>Clinical Informatics Instructor</strong> for a 3-6 month contract.<br><br><strong>Length:</strong> 3-6 months<br><br><strong>Location: </strong>Onsite - Lewes, Delaware<br><br><strong>Start:</strong> ASAP<br><br><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</strong><br><br><strong>EDUCATION: </strong>Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.<br><br><strong>EXPERIENCE:</strong><br><br>3+ years of Classroom training including curriculum development with Clinical Informatics<br><br>Cerner Experience<br><br><strong>LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION:</strong> Recommend clinicians, including RN's, maintain current state licensure.<br><br><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:</strong><br><ul><li>In collaboration with Informatics and hospital education, conduct and coordinate a variety of EMR-related classes, refresher sessions and workshops for hospital staff, develop Job Aides, WBT's (web-based trainings), and Videos.</li><li>Scope to include all hospital's EMR's.</li><li>Annual Review of Job Aides and Workflows.</li><li>Conducts classroom training sessions, in- services, group and individual instruction independently or with coworkers, for select groups of clinical staff.</li><li>New hire orientation.</li><li>Prepares training environment and all training materials for each class.</li><li>Provides instruction through lecture, demonstration, and proctoring self- learning sessions.</li><li>Conducts program evaluations and end-user proficiency assessments.</li><li>Set up and populate electronic training environment.</li></ul>
