Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Coach - Education to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Clinical Coach - Education, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of clinical education programs for new nurses in the Emergency Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive clinical education programs for new nurses in the Emergency Department.
- Provide coaching and guidance to new nurses to ensure successful transition into their roles.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify education needs and develop targeted training programs.
- Conduct regular evaluations to assess the effectiveness of education programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and best practices in emergency nursing to ensure education programs are evidence-based.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of recent RN experience in ED Nursing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from a CCNE-accredited school.
- Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) Registered Nursing license, or Compact State licensure.
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certification.
