<p> <strong>POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT</strong></p> <p> <strong> </strong></p> <p> <strong>PART-TIME CLINICAL PRACTICAL NURSE </strong></p> <p> <strong>ASSOCIATE INSTRUCTOR</strong></p> <p> <strong> </strong></p> <p> <strong> </strong></p> <p> <strong> </strong></p> <p> <strong> </strong></p> <p>The Tennessee College of Applied Technology Henry/Carroll is accepting applications for a part-time <strong>Practical Nurse Clinical Instructor</strong>. This is a part-time position (30 hours per week) with paid holidays and benefits package.</p> <p> <strong> </strong></p> <p> <strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</strong> <strong>:</strong></p> <p> <strong> </strong></p> <ul> <li>Registered Nurse RN.</li> <li>Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience as an RN within the last five (5) years.</li> <li>Evidence of potential ability in instructional program management and supervision, teaching, and curriculum building is desired.</li> <li>Evidence of proficiency in oral and written communication skills and computer skills.</li> <li>Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal working relationship with students, faculty, staff and general public.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> <strong>RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE:</strong></p> <p> <strong> </strong></p> <p>Organize and schedule clinical for PN students. Clinical instruction in various healthcare settings including long term care, acute care, clinic and lab settings, student record keeping. Traveling to different locations is required.</p> <p> </p> <p> <strong>Salary:</strong> Commensurate with qualifications, experience, education and in accordance with the guidelines established by the Tennessee Board of Regents.</p> <p>A criminal/financial background check will be required for applicant selected.
