What You Will Do to Change Lives
As a senior member of the clinical team, the Nurse Practitioner provides direct psychiatric nurse practitioner care and medical treatment to members served.

Compensation -
Employee wage range - $173,906.46 - $214,766.79 / annual
Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Science and an advanced degree in a healthcare science as required by the State Licensing program
* Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
* American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Board Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
* Licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner in the State of practice
* Active DEA and Furnishing licenses

Telecare's mission is to deliver excellent and effective behavioral health services that engage individuals in recovering their health, hopes, and dreams. Telecare manages one of Stanislaus County's Regional Service Teams, providing outpatient and intensive community support mental health services to 50 members over the age of 18. The Telecare programs operate under contract with the Stanislaus County Department of Mental Health and are funded by the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) and Stanislaus County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS). There are three levels of care including Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Intensive Community Supports (ICS), and Wellness. These levels of care provide specialty mental health services to a mix of populations including adults 25+ individuals. Some individuals are experiencing co-occurring disorders, are uninsured or underinsured, and are persons representing underserved groups in Stanislaus County. Treatment provided is client-centered and will meet the clients where their needs are which can include in the field.
