The Learning Spectrum is seeking a qualified Intervention Specialist to manage all functions within their assigned classrooms, including service delivery, reporting, and management of classroom assistants and aides. - Coordinate daily staff assignments
- Implement accountability systems for staff outputs and behaviors

- Attend continuing education and professional development trainings
- Train staff
- Coach staff
- Build and maintain relationships with parents and outside professionals
- Parent relationships
- District relationships
- Related therapy professional relationships
- Complete administrative duties
