- Some knowledge of equipment, materials, and supplies used in construction work
- Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule
- Ability to repeatedly lift and carry heavy objects (50 pounds)
- Ability to work alone and be self motivated
- Ability to work outdoors 90% of the time
- Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
- Have an acceptable driving record
- Material organization and storage
- Deliver and pick up parts or supplies to various job sites
- Assist with routine inspections, maintenance, and equipment cleaning
