Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Engineer with a focus on land development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the field, with a background that includes 1-2 years as a draftsman and a progression towards mid-level engineering roles.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to land development projects
- Work closely with senior engineers and team members
- Draft and design plans and blueprints
- Ensure projects meet all necessary standards and regulations
- Gain trust and establish credibility within the team
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in engineering and drafting
- Bachelors in Civil Engineering
- Civil 3D Experience required, AutoCAD preferred
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred; working towards Professional Engineer (PE) is a plus
- Strong background in land development projects preferably in the DFW area
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work on-site to foster collaboration and trust with team members
