Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition + Talent Management:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Create and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms
  • Source and screen candidates through resumes, interviews, and assessments to ensure a high-quality talent pool
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating offers
  • Oversee the New Talent Program (internship program)
  • Implement and manage employee referral programs
  • Partner with PeopleOps to onboard new employees and act as the POC for new hires at our Charlotte office
  • Partner with the People and culture team with succession planning, IDP, rotation programs, and engagement initiatives
Candidate Experience:
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and passive talent
Recruitment Marketing:
  • Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract diverse talent
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding and promote iTradeNetwork as an employer of choice
  • Attend job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities to represent iTradeNetwork and attract potential candidates
Data and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress to the Head of People and Culture
  • Utilize HRIS and other relevant software to maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data
  • Help with the implementation of an ATS platform
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant area such as Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organization Development, or HR Management
  • 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition principles and best practices
  • Proficiency with HRIS and other relevant software
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-driven and proactive in identifying and solving talent-related challenges
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion
