Description:
A hiring manager supervises multiple hiring assistants. Duties include communicating with district managers to determine hiring needs at each location, identifying job applicants, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, completing online new hire paperwork, and preparing new hire packets. A hiring manager must be able to travel from store-to-store to meet with applicants. Starting salary will be between $50,000 and $55,000 per year depending on experience.
