Job Description

The Sales Enablement Sales Campaign Strategist will be responsible for planning and delivering sales campaigns for our sales organization, responsibilities include:

Duties & Responsibilities

Understand and articulate the company’s products, services, and solutions to internal teams, customers and prospects
Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s business objectives
Effectively distribute and communicate campaigns via the relevant channels to drive the maximum effectiveness
Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual targets
Manage, develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
Handle multiple campaigns running simultaneously
Navigate prioritization based on market changes, industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
Create and deliver compelling sales campaigns and generate new strategies through market research, networking, and other means
Support sales team through deal close by establishing regular cadence between presales, sales and product management to ensure communication on trends and feedback
Provide input to marketing campaigns and initiatives
Support accurate and up-to-date records of campaign activities in the company’s CRM system

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field and/or relevant experience
3+ years’ experience in sales enablement, sales, marketing
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making; understand financial technology industry and sales enablement
Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
Ability to operate independently across all organizational levels; comfortable managing through ambiguity; record of influencing VP+ colleagues on multiple topics.
Demonstrated ability to execute and deliver high quality and timely work across multiple projects of varying complexity. Structures their work autonomously, can prioritize competing projects effectively, and can adjust in real-time to business needs.
High energy, polished professional
Desire to continually learn and improve approaches and methodologies.
Positive team-oriented attitude
Structured thinker who can quickly organize and execute action plans.
Ability to influence others and enlist their help on a variety of ever-changing priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft application suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree or advanced degree
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience with CRM software, such as Dynamics, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Smartsheets
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $84,720.00 - $142,320.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
