Job Description

The Analyst, Project Support you will provide critical structure for and support the overall vision of assigned projects and data-driven studies. You are responsible for overseeing and directing multiple complex projects at a time, ensuring that these studies are delivered in a timely manner while meeting and exceeding Huron| GG+A standards. .The Analyst, Project Support are typically assigned more complex and higher profile projects, often driven by Practice Area Leaders or Executive Leadership. This is an onsite position.

A successful candidate in this role will have the following credentials:

Bachelor’s degree required

Experience in higher education, nonprofit, or fundraising required

Experience and demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint require

Demonstrate Huron| GG+A’s mission, vision and values

Provide advanced coordination to client team projects under the direction of the lead project Consultant(s); may be asked to manage and oversee the work of Project Managers or Project Associates assigned to the client project team and coordinate the work of other consultants and staff

Serve as the primary liaison for the client, providing guidance, responding to client questions and concerns, and flagging issues for project lead(s) as appropriate

Provide administrative support on study projects, including drafting request for materials documents; developing study manuals; assisting in the development of questionnaires; coordinating documents; assisting with itineraries, background, and interview materials; and providing overall coordination of tasks for study projects, which may include directing Project Associates in this work

Take a leadership role in developing and editing final reports and presentations, assuring the firm's best-in-class quality standards

Take a leadership role in client data compilation projects, including design of survey instruments, data collection, graphic representation, and report design

Access appropriate internal and external data via website or other sources in order to create relevant tables and charts

Prepare and maintain timelines, organizational charts, and project spreadsheets

Oversee the Project Manager or Project Associate in the preparation of correspondence and documents for client projects, including standardization, formatting, production, assembly, and mailing.

Collaborate and communicate with team members

Discuss project deadlines with other Huron|GG+A colleagues as part of the project team and ensures that work is prioritized appropriately

Manage time well to ensure availability to meet project team’s expectations for work assignments

Take proactive role in communicating assignment deadlines to team members and ensuring deliverables are prepared and submitted within determined timeframe

Include work colleagues in best practice advances

Ensure deliverables follow Huron|GG+A style, format, and best practices’ standards.

Share knowledge in technical skill areas with work colleagues, making a positive change and measurable difference to GG+A and client projects

Participate and lead onboarding for new consulting and Consulting Resources staff, as well as internal professional development sessions

Maintain helpful, positive approach; contribute to an efficient, collegial working environment.

Flexible hours may be required to accommodate global clients

The estimated base salary range for this job is $60,000 - $75,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $64,800 - $84,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future
