The members of Team Check In & Out are responsible for the following:

The Check In Team opens the clinic Monday - Friday.

Check In greets patient when they arrive, verify their insurance and demographic information before their scheduled appointment.

In addition, they assist with appointment reminders, referrals and medical record requests.

Check Out greet patients at the end of their appointment, schedule follow up appointments, collect copays and deductibles and assist with retail sales.

At the end of the day they are responsible for reconciling the daily activity and closing the clinic.

Members of the Check In and Out Team must be proficient with both PC and Apple computers. They must have excellent math skills. They must be an extrovert with excellent people skills.

The position requires an individual with exceptional customer service skills while working well under pressure. Attention to detail and meticulous data entry skills are required. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and approaches life with a glass that is half full.

Reliability is imperative for success. On time arrival and working as scheduled are important success measures.

If selected for the position, a background check and drug screening are required.
