Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assign scheduled work to individual technicians
- Provide training support
- Inspect all designated work orders
- Provide mechanical assistance during crisis situations
- Review completed PM’s and generate all necessary work orders to address deficiencies
- Provide an atmosphere of continuous improvement
- Provide Management with necessary performance information
- Will be designated to assume the duties of the Maintenance Manager in his/her absence
- Visual assessment of employees for training/work experience and competency can be used as part of the training requirements for hourly employees
- Other duties as assigned
