Customer Service

We're seeking a personable, hardworking individual to help advise customers (by phone, email, and in-person) for product and project-related support. This candidate MUST have prior customer service experience within the last two years. You will learn to become an expert in our industry. Full-time position, compensation based on experience. Full benefits (medical, dental, life insurance, and more). Hours Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm but may be subject to change.

REQUIREMENTS:

MUST have a stable personal life. We are a NO drama zone and require healthy individuals in both mind and spirit.

• Customer service role within the past two years
• Outgoing personality - excellent communicator
• Articulate (good writing skills/grammar)
• Computer literate & proficient

• Attention to detail
• At least a High School diploma
• Will pass drug screening
