Construction Project Manager

Job Description EcoLawn SB / Manifest Building is an award-winning Santa Barbara based landscape construction company, providing high quality design-build landscape construction services. We are seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience in the industry to join our talented and dynamic team. The Project Manager oversees EcoLawn SB / Manifest Building projects, coordinates materials, subcontractors and field staff, ensures quality and outcome of every project, and handles client interface. A construction management education or minimum of ten years of experience is required. Objectives + Duties - Manage and oversee multiple EcoLawn SB / Manifest Building projects. - Proactively manage daily schedules and project budgets to ensure work is completed on time and within budget. - Serve as a conduit of communication between field staff and management team. - Ensure quality standards are met. - Oversee and provide direction to subcontractors and vendors. - Coach employees to meet quality and on-time delivery requirements. - Provide excellent and timely communication to clients. - Prepare project proposals and change orders as-needed. Skills + Qualifications - 10 years experience managing construction or landscape construction projects - Bachelors degree in construction management or related field - Knowledge of construction and landscape construction methods and technologies - Detail-oriented, well organized and able to adhere to deadlines - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a constant eye on quality Preferred Qualifications - Fluent or solid working knowledge of Spanish - Excellent computer skills and understanding of management software - Skilled in computer aided design software and ability to read architectural drawings To Apply: Please include your resume and a cover letter.
