About the Role The Company, a leading pediatric healthcare provider, is in search of a Vice President, Research Administration (VPRA) to play a pivotal role in the establishment and growth of The Company's Research Institute. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader, essential to the organization's mission of advancing children's health through innovative research. This newly created position is a key part of the strategy to solidify the foundation needed for The Company to become one of the top pediatric health systems in the world. The VPRA will have a dual reporting relationship and will work closely with senior leadership, including the President and CEO, the Chief Physician Executive, the Senior Vice President of Research, and the Director of the Research Institute.The ideal candidate for the VPRA role will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in research administration, capable of fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. This individual will be instrumental in the development and execution of research initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals of clinical excellence, education, and pioneering research. A close partnership with the academic affiliate, University of Arizona College of Medicine-Phoenix, is also a critical aspect of the role.
