Minimum 2 years' experience working with your CNA Certification (in the home care setting preferred)4. Minimum 2 years' experience working with Hospice clients3. Valid Massachusetts Driver's License and reliable auto, proof of insurance (clean driving record)4. Current TB Test (yearly) or X-Ray (every 5 years)5. The ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language6. Own a Smartphone (all documentation is done through an app.)7. Reliable, honest, and compassionate8.
