Certified Nursing Assistant

We are looking for dedicated and caring CNAs to assist residents with daily activities, provide personal care, and help ensure their comfort and well-being. Your role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of care that our residents deserve.
*3 PM - 11 PM Shift *
*Essential Functions:*
* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
* Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
* Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
* Help residents with meals, including feeding when necessary.
* Ensure residents‘ rooms are clean, organized, and safe.
* Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
* Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
*Qualifications:*
* New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
* Previous experience in a senior living facility or similar environment is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Basic computer skills for documenting care activities.
