*Duties include but not limited to: *

· : Coordinating the movement of agricultural fertilizers and fertilizer products with precision and timeliness. Scheduling inbound Barge/Rail/Truck shipments to our larger supply center warehouses as well as our numerous retail locations. Analyze Terminal manufacturing usage to ensure proper resupply timeliness.

· : Work in conjunction with our transportation group to establish origination points for efficient and cost-effective movement of fertilizer throughout the company. You’ll work with the fertilizer team and suppliers to manage consigned inventory.

· : Maintaining strong relationships with transportation carriers will be essential. Your ability to foster partnerships will be critical in securing reliable and cost-effective transportation solutions for fertilizer movements.

· : Collaboration with warehouse and inventory teams will be paramount in maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet seasonal demand. By closely monitoring inventory levels and demand forecasts, you'll coordinate timely replenishment of stock at distribution centers to meet customer needs.

· : As the primary point of contact for internal customers regarding shipment status and delivery schedules, you'll provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns promptly and accurately, you'll uphold our commitment to excellence in customer satisfaction.

· : In the dynamic world of logistics, challenges are bound to arise. You'll proactively identify and address potential transportation-related and supply chain issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize disruptions. Utilizing data from daily reports and tracking systems, you'll identify potential issues and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.

· : Collaboration with other team members to mitigate best practices and pricing strategies. Maintain a close eye on inbound products to help maintain a balanced inventory at our supply warehouses.

· : Striving for excellence is ingrained in our culture. You'll continually seek out opportunities for process improvement within the logistics and supply chain operations, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Regularly analyzing performance metrics and feedback, you'll identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to streamline operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

· You must be open to being mentored and gain expertise in following SOPs (standard operating procedures) and being accountable; all while maintaining humility and a ‘better every day’ attitude.



*Requirements/Skills: *

· Strong background in Supply and Logistics.

· Agronomy experience preferred but not required.

· Full time positions may include overtime hours during peak seasons.

· Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.

· Dependable with a team-oriented focus.

· This is a Drug Free Workplace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
