Responsibilities : Provide health care services in client's residence * Perform domestic and household tasks * Transport and accompany clients to doctors office or errands * Monitor clients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition on the WellSky App * Assist with clients personal care activities * Maintain client care records and document provided services * Provide companionship and basic emotional support.
Skills/Requirements : Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Proven work experience as Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant * Level 2 background/fingerprinting * Current CPR * Current TB test (within the year) * Caring and compassionate personality * Valid drivers license
Ability to commute/relocate : Jacksonville, FL area: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
