Job Description
This is a non-merit temporary position with the Iowa Veterans Home. Positions in this class are exempt from the screening and referral requirements of the Iowa Department of Administrative Services - Human Resources Enterprises.

The Iowa Veterans Home is looking for short-term RNs to join our team working FULL TIME hours, on night shift, for a minimum of 15 weeks or up to 780 hours.
Rate of pay is $45.58
Wage of $45.58 is based on employees working a minimum of 80 hours a pay period for 15 weeks. Employees working less will have an hourly wage of $29.38-$45.58.
Hours are 8:15 P.M.. to 6:15 A.M. Will work 1 out of 3 weekends.
This position is not eligible for benefits. The candidate may apply for a permanent position at the end of the 15 weeks if interested.
