CONVENIENCE STORE SHIFT LEADER

As a BellStore Shift Leader, you work closely with both store management and our CSR team to ensure a smooth workflow, exceptional customer service and a committed team effort. You serve as a role model for exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Major Job Activities

Be a role model for exceptional customer service.
Create a positive work environment by treating all employees fairly and respectfully.
Work side-by-side with other employees.
Enforce and support company policies, procedures and programs.
Oversee and coordinate the work of other employees.
Assist the store manager in the implementation and management of Programs, policies and procedures.
Facilitate communication between management and team members.
Continue to follow the duties and responsibilities of the BellStore Customer Service Representative

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months experience as a BellStore Customer Service Representative
Consistently pass the drug and criminal background check.
Ability to work all afternoon shifts, holidays, and weekends.
