Main Purpose of Job
WWE has an exciting opportunity for an Infrastructure Administrator to join the Enterprise Technology team based in Stamford, CT. The primary role of the Infrastructure Administrator is to support and maintain client platform technology, while ensuring the ongoing productivity of internal employees. This position works closely with the Workplace Technology team to provide escalation support for all end user incidents and requests. This position also collaborates with the networking, security, applications, and cloud teams to implement new products and services, as well ensure business process continuity and systems security.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide escalation level-3 support for WWE workstations, laptops, printers, network devices, servers, peripherals, and other computer-related devices.
  • Coordinate with other technology groups to ensure incident resolution and service request completion.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for standard WWE technology, services, and processes
  • Participate in monitoring and maintaining system key process improvements.
  • Manage Active Directory database and complete requests for account management, including onboarding, offboarding, extension, transition, and access requests.
  • Maintain WWE standard computer images for Windows and MacOS and provide guidance on deployment best practices.
  • Assist with Office 365 Exchange management for permissions, licensing, and including PowerShell scripting experience.
  • Manage JAMF Pro environment for MacOS software deployments and patch management.
  • Manage Microsoft Intune environment for MacOS software deployments and patch management.
  • Create and publish software deployment packages for self service and project implementations.
  • Provide new technology and service recommendations.
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and technology standards to ensure system availability and security.
  • Administration of Desktop Central for inventory, software installation, policy creation, and patch management support.
  • Support compute virtualization environment Amazon Workspaces.
  • Administration and license management for Client Platform collaboration tools including Office 365, Google Workspace, Box, Adobe CC, Slack, and others.
  • Manage the Client Platform, Infrastructure, and Employee Account ticket queues in ServiceNow, ensuring ticket resolution and follow-up is met to required measures.
  • Work with vendors and consulting services to resolve technology issues.
  • Maintain the integrity of technology in all WWE office locations.
  • Minimal travel required.
  • Other related tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Highly organized and dynamic, able to work in a fast paced, challenging environment with the ability to prioritize and support multiple projects/tasks at the same time.
  • College diploma or university degree, preferably in a technology field, and/or 7+ years of equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of Microsoft Intune, Windows SCCM or similar package creation/management experience
  • 3+ years of Mac OS administration experience
  • Scripting experience (Powershell, Bash, Python, etc.)
  • Amazon Workspaces support experience
  • Level 3 system and network incident/request resolution experience
  • Experience supporting MDM, Apple Business Manager, and VPP on iOS devices
  • Experience supporting PBX and/or UCaaS environments
  • Experience supporting iPhone/iPad devices within a Microsoft Exchange Environment
  • Familiar with TCP/IP protocol and network troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting and maintaining cloud services and SaaS platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to present technical ideas in professional and user-friendly language
  • Experience interfacing with senior management and executives on project deliverables
  • Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Outstanding customer service focused attitude
  • Able to lift and transport moderately heavy objects/equipment, such as servers, computers, and peripherals
  • Understanding of the ITIL framework and Service Management best practices
  • Experience with ServiceNow and/or other ITIL ticketing systems
  • Experience with asset management best practices
  • Experience with Windows and Mac Imaging solutions
