As the Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing our guests with “Southern Hospitality” throughout their stay. The Front Desk Agent has a combination of duties related to check-in and check-out of guests, contributing to an overall positive experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have guest service experience and is able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. If you enjoy interacting with guests; understand the importance of providing service with a smile and delight in assisting guests with questions concerning the local area, this could be the job for you!
