Position Summary:

Qualifications and Skills:
- Self- Motivated and willing to learn.
- Ability to operate and maintain spray equipment and other related tools.
- Learn and perform Cerakote application techniques, including preparation, mixing, spraying, and curing.
- Understanding of surface preparation techniques, including sandblasting and degreasing.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary touch-ups or adjustments.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and workspace.
- The ability to see/feel defects and use finesse to create a quality product
- Good attitude, reliability, and excellent attendance is a must.
- Must follow standard procedures and company policies.
- Clean, Organized and professional
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands:
The position can involve sitting, standing, walking and lifting up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day. Job requires substantial movement/motion with regard to walking, bending, and lifting.
Requirements:
You must be a minimum of 18 years old, and able to pass both a background and drug screen.
