Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Duties

Develop effective HR strategies, practices, and policies Work closely with executive leadership to determine the needs of the company Coach, lead, and mentor team members to meet objectives Improve and monitor employee productivity Structure compensation and benefit packages Evaluate staffing needs and assist in the recruitment process, including writing job descriptions and interviews Oversee the performance management system, including designing and implementing performance review standards for staff Monitor the HR budget and advocate for redistribution of funds Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws, regulations, policies, and procedures

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field required Minimum five years of HR generalist experience with specific experience in training and employee relations Proficiency with HRIS systems, as well as Microsoft Office Strong leadership and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment Highly organized with strong attention to detail
